Affiliate Consultant, Dr. Melanie J. Humphreys named president of The King's University College

It is with great pride that Credo announces Dr. Melanie J. Humphreys' appointment as president of the King's University College in Edmonton, Alberta, Cananda. Her duties at King's will begin on the 1st of July. As an affiliate consultant with Credo, Dr. Humphreys has a specific emphasis on student development within private institutions.Dr. Humphreys currently serves as Dean of Student Care & Services at Wheaton College where she leads efforts to support student persistence and success. While at Wheaton, she has significantly heightened retention and graduation rates. She holds a Ph.D. in higher education from Azusa Pacific University in California, a master's degree in Administrative Leadership and an undergraduate degree in English and Psychology from Trinity Western University in Langley, British Columbia. King's was founded in 1979 as The King's College by the Christian College Association. Since, this liberal arts college has grown to accommodate more than 600 students.
