CEI2014 an Overwhelming Success!

This year's Credo Enrollment Institute was a great success. With 21 in attendance representing 12 institutions, the one-and-a-half day forum covered topics integral to both marketing and enrollment. In addition to structured sessions, CEI2014 featured allotted times for networking, group activities, and even a reception. Also as part of the CEI package, each participant received the official presentations, a contact sheet for networking, notes from the group sessions, and a survey to provide timely, honest feedback. If you participated in this year's event, please take a few moments from your day and give us your feedback about the following sessions:

  • The Thriving Colleges Framework. Is your campus just surviving, or is it THRIVING?  Join an insightful discussion about what THRIVING colleges are doing to improve enrollment and retention practices.
  • Organizing to Tell Your Story. The most successful enrollment leaders focus on data informed decision-making.  This session will utilize national research and proven research methods to develop new enrollment strategies.  Gain valuable information about how to apply admitted student research, predictive modeling and other forms of enrollment research to position your team for enrollment success!
  • Determining Your Story. What are the most compelling benefits of your student experience?  The answer starts with defining your value proposition.  This session shares key suggestions for focusing on your key markets, defining what those markets value most and describing your institution’s ability to meet student expectations through clear, differentiated and evidence-based outcomes and success stories.
  • Telling Your Story. This session will share important insight regarding how your website, publications, social media communications and the campus elevator speech should be aligned to ensure that a clear and consistent message is being communicated to prospective students and other stakeholders.
  • The Data Driving Your Story. The most successful enrollment leaders focus on data informed decision-making.  This session will identify key metrics that can be used to reinforce your value proposition.  Gain valuable information about how to apply admitted student research, predictive modeling, and other forms of enrollment research to position your team for enrollment success!
  • How Does Your Campus Tell Your Story? Are you currently aligning your spaces and places with your mission and vision?  Does the appearance and layout of campus provide a hospitable reception to visitors?  This session will provide some real-world examples of campuses that have transformed their campus in a way to better attract and serve students
