Credo's Women in Leadership Institute Begins November 8

We know that one of the most critical relationships in a presidency is the one with your Board of Trusees.

IMG_2769.jpgHow better to troubleshoot issues and find solutions than with a trusted cohort of colleagues?

Kicking off on Election Day at 5 p.m. is the Credo Women in Leadership Institute. Taking place at the gorgeous O.Henry Hotel in Greensboro, North Carolina, this unique gathering of women presidents from around the country commences with a keynote address by Dr. Eileen Hulme, Professor of Higher Education from Azusa Pacific University.

Following the Election Night opening event, sessions will pick up Wednesday mornning, and feature conversations and insights from top women leaders in higher education. Topics for discussion will include responding to your board about current tenure questions; new methods for changing demands on and of faculty; board governance; the role of the executive committee as trusted advisors and in contract negotiation; and building a relevant, engaged, appropriate and strong board.
