Leadership Development Workshops

Building a Bench of Strong Higher Ed Leaders

For nearly 10 years, Credo has partnered with individual campuses and higher education associations at state, regional, and denominational levels to deliver impactful leadership development programs. Our Leadership Development Workshops give leaders an opportunity to evaluate their own skills, gifts, and calling against the primary leadership needs in today’s higher education environment.

Developing Leadership: Tools & Frameworks

Credo’s leadership development approach includes:

  • conceptual frameworks
  • research-based models
  • practical tools that encourage participants to apply their learning

Each leadership workshop is informed by campus experience, ever-evolving with the needs of leaders and the demands of the higher education sector, and adapted to each learning environment.

What would you focus on in your leadership journey?
