Credo welcomes Dr. Rick Mann as Senior Affiliate Consultant

Credo is pleased to announce that Dr. Rick Mann will be joining the firm as a Senior Affiliate Consultant. While collaborating with Credo as a consultant, Dr. Mann will author a series of blogs entitled “Thriving Scorecard.” This higher education based blog will feature topics such as strategic clarity, planning ahead and growing campus transparency. “We are thrilled to officially welcome Rick to our Credo family,” said Tom Gavic, president at Credo. “The work he’s already done with us has been invaluable to better assessing the new normal in best practices for institutions of higher learning. It is increasingly important to have the metrics as well as the accountability to help our colleges and universities succeed.” Dr. Mann currently serves as the President and Professor of Leadership Studies at Crown College. This year, Dr. Mann has conducted sabbatical research on the use of a Balanced Scorecard with colleges and universities. Dr. Mann will be working to integrate a Balanced Scorecard with Credo’s research on Thriving Institutions. Beginning July 1, 2013, Dr. Mann will join faculty at the School of Business and Technology of Trevecca Nazarene University as Professor of Leadership and Strategy and Director of Graduate and Professional Studies.
