Susan Holt

Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer

As a member of the operations team, Susan provides administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer, coordinates schedules and project logistics for the executive management team, communicates with strategic advising clients, and administers the Thriving Diagnostic Tool survey that accompanies Surviving to Thriving: A Planning Framework for Leaders of Private Colleges and Universities. Susan brings collective experience from the higher education landscape and the corporate world. Prior to joining Credo, she most recently worked at Elon University in a dual role as a Program Assistant for the Center for Leadership and as Administrative Support to the Dean of Residence Life. While at Elon, Susan managed the daily operations of the office including the supervision of university student workers on campus. Before that, she worked for Riddle and Company as Marketing Coordinator in sales and product development, creating and presenting concept boards for sales meetings, coordinating the layout of product catalogs, as well as writing articles, advertisements, and press releases. Susan received her B.S. degree from Bob Jones University in Business Education.
