Project Manager for Impact
As Project Manager for Impact, Emily partners with our internal Credo team to measure and enhance the impact of our work through the collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and presentation of survey data. In this collaborative role, Emily works with team members to apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to design survey instruments, interpret data results, and produce substantiated recommendations for client impact. Working directly with the Associate Vice President for Impact, Emily contributes to Credo’s abilities to continually improve services for the benefit of partners and students in independent higher education.
Emily graduated summa cum laude from University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in Psychology with a Sociology minor. Prior to joining Credo, Emily worked in human resources for a popular fast food franchisee, served on multiple research teams for UNC Greensboro’s Department of Psychology, and taught in the North Carolina public school system. With experience in human resources, education, human sciences research, and higher education student support, Emily brings a thoughtful and client-focused approach to understanding, defining, and documenting research objectives and strategies.
