Thayle began working in higher education and admissions in 2000. She served as the Assistant Director of Admission at Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she arranged workshops for high school students and parents, recruited transfer students, and mentored students on academic probation, all in addition to being Territory Manager for the New England region. After seven years in this position, she assumed the role of Senior Assistant Director of Admission where she continued working with transfer students, oversaw the College’s tour guide program, coordinated the campus visit program, and implemented a series of successful open house programs. Thayle brought her on-campus experience to Credo as a Client Services Coordinator and then as a Consultant for the Enrollment Solutions Division, where she designed and spearheaded the Campus Guest Experience Workshop and managed consulting projects for over 75 institutions. Thayle received her B.S. in Sports Medicine from Guilford College and is curently persuing her Master's in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
