Paul Namaste, Ph.D. Joins Credo Team

Dr. Paul Namaste is Credo's most recent hire, joining the team as their Research and Data Analyst. He received his B.A. degree in Sociology and Psychology from Brandeis University and M.S. degree in Higher Education Administration and College Student Development from Syracuse University, and Ph.D. degree in Philosophy, Sociology from Indiana University. Prior to joining Credo, Paul worked for RTI International in their Education Studies Division. While at RTI International, Paul managed and led tasks and activities associated with large-scale postsecondary studies. He also assisted in multiple aspects of instrument design, data collection, data analysis and reporting. Paul’s research experience also includes roles as a principal investigator and research assistant on several research projects, including many at Indiana University and one at Michigan State University. His familiarity also extends to the classroom as an instructor and assistant professor, but began in residence life and student activities. He is an active member of the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) and the Association for Institutional Research (AIR).
