Doane College makes Significant Campus Renovations

Jul 30, 2010 |

In 2008, Doane College partnered with Credo to renovate Frees Hall over the course of just one summer - with no loss of revenue.  After completing this renovation on time and within budget, Doane again partnered with Credo to renovate Sheldon Hall.  While currently in its second summer renovation of a residence hall, Doane College is also making major campus improvements, including a new fitness center that is open to community members. The video above highlights Doane College's current campus renovations, including its summer progress on Sheldon Hall.  Julie Schmidt,  Vice President of Finance & Administration, said, "It's absolutely amazing. What's so great about it is the students were really involved in the design of the project and in the renovation. This building was more of a contemporary building and it's a women's only residence hall. We designed it as a living learning space with classroom and spa like features."
