Luther College in Decorah, Iowa has partnered with Credo and Opus Design Build to renovate two residential towers, Miller Hall and Dieseth Hall over the course of just one summer. Design and schematics are currently underway for the project, which is scheduled to begin in May of 2011 and to be completed in late August before students arrive back on campus. Both residents halls are more than 50 years old and house more than 700 beds. Renovations include mechanical upgrades, new furniture and finishing details, and four-person suites will be added to each floor.
