Point University Expands its Georgia Home

Point University, founded in 1937 as Atlanta Christian College, is expanding its location to West Point, the former corporate headquarters of West-Point Home. In its place will be the University's main administrative building and additional classroom space. This exciting transformation will mark the beginning of Point University's enrollment in West Point and its academic and cultural presence in the Greater Valley Area. The work is scheduled to finish by May 1, 2012, in time for students to begin class in the fall of 2012. Bethel University Welcomes New Class

Bethel University (MN) recently welcomed more than 800 new students “Bethel style” during Welcome Week 2011. Representing more than 3o states, the new student class is comprised of more than 50 valedictorians and salutatorians. Rice University Hosts Football Clinic for International Students

Head Coach David Bailiff and the Rice Owl football team recently hosted a clinic for international students at Rice University. Many of the students had never seen American football, so it helped them understand the game, as well as the perks of tailgating and increased campus camaraderie. The event is used to promote the upcoming football season and get the students ready for kickoff.
