Kevin has two decades of demonstrated leadership experience in a variety of roles within higher- and secondary-education settings. He currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Intercultural Engagement & Division Initiatives at Baylor University. Prior roles in higher education include working in, or overseeing, areas such as campus ministries, student government, student leadership development, new student orientation, student activities, commuter student services, student conduct, residence life, housing, health and counseling services, sexuality and gender education, international student programs, adventure programs, athletics coaching, esports, and public relations. Kevin is also an active member of the Association for Christians in Student Development having served on the executive committee as the chair of the Diversity Leadership Team for several years. Kevin spent four years of active-duty service in the United States Marine Corps and then went on to earn his B.A. in communication from Messiah College, his M.A. in Christian Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, and his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Gwynedd Mercy University.
