Brief project description

Credo partnered with Alvernia University to develop a new residential village that consists of six buildings located along the bluff anchoring the south edge of campus. The residence halls offer both apartment-style and community-suite-style living arrangements. Within the apartments and suites are combinations of single and double bedroom configurations, offering students various pricing options within the housing complex. Apartments include living/dining areas, full kitchens, laundry, and compartmentalized bathrooms. Community suites are designed for twelve students to live together that share a common interest or theme. They share a large community living and kitchen area, laundry, and storage, with sleeping suites for six students located on each side of the common area. In addition to the apartments and suites, each facility includes common space for social interaction, quiet study for both individuals and groups, and housing for residence life staff.
