A long time Credo Senior Affiliate, Nan has extensive expertise in higher education advancement, planning, marketing, and enrollment management. Nan was an active member of the President’s Senior Staff at Elon for more than 25 years, creating Elon’s award-winning publications department and overseeing the marketing program as Director of Publications and Public Information. Nan also served as Elon’s Vice President for Institutional Advancement with responsibility for all university fundraising, alumni and parents' programs, marketing, publications, and public relations. From 1989-2000, during the early years of Elon’s dramatic growth in size, quality, and reputation, she served as Dean of Admissions and Financial Planning/Vice President for Enrollment Management. Nan received her B.A. from Barton College and her M.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Nan is Vice President Emerita at Elon University.
