Dan has been in higher education since 1974 when he graduated from Bethel College, now Bethel University, and began working in the financial aid office. Over the years, Dan took on additional responsibilities, leading strategic planning and research efforts for the College, and assuming the role of Assistant to the President in 2005. With a focus on research and planning, Dan has also served as Vice President for Admissions, Financial Aid & Retention and is currently the Chief Institutional Data & Research Officer. A leader in the field of Financial Aid, Dan has conducted financial aid surveys of Christian colleges for over 25 years and advised over a dozen schools.
