Our Team

Kimberly is the Interim Vice President for Student Affairs at the University of North Alabama. Kimberly has been dedicated to higher education and student affairs for more than 25 years. She currently serves Credo as an Affiliate Consultant and is involved in projects for student success, research, and campus master planning. Previously, she held the role as Advisor for Policy, Governance, and Accreditation for the University of North Alabama, advising the President and Board of Trustees. Her most recent full-time role before retiring from the University of North Alabama in August, 2017 was Director of Student Conduct and Student Affairs Assessment where she oversaw all aspects of the University student conduct system, aided in campus crisis intervention, and served as a Title IX Deputy Coordinator and certified Title IX Investigator. In her Assessment role, Kimberly had oversight of the assessment and evaluation programs and services within the Division of Student Affairs. She provided professional leadership, expertise, and technical assistance in developing, conducting, and maintaining high quality assessment; assisted with measuring the effectiveness of strategic initiatives within the Division of Student Affairs; and provided oversight and assistance with division-wide planning initiatives. Kimberly’s previous experience also included managing a wide array of student life programs and operations. Kimberly received her Doctor of Higher Education Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, and both a Master of Arts in Education, and Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from The University of North Alabama.
