Christina leads with her heart helping campus leaders achieve change. She is passionate about helping institutions foster environments where students can thrive. Christina uses intentionality and innovation to help campuses implement initiatives that will have positive impact. She is an innovator, a listener, an observer, and a problem-solver.
Christina has worked in higher education since 2004. Prior to consulting, Christina led initiatives on retention, first-year experience, and high-impact practices. She served in multiple association volunteer positions, including a term on the Board of Directors for the Association of Orientation, Transition, and Retention. Christina earned a B.A. in Communications from George Mason University, a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Arkansas, and her Ed.D. from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
