The CIC Chief Academic Officers and Chief Student Affairs Officers Institute was a powerful experience for all in attendance. From plenary sessions to peer-led workshops, this Institute kept the focus on the unique power of shared leadership in meeting student learning objectives. Over 800 individuals attended and we were thrilled to see about 50 of our current Credo clients in attendance. If you were unable to attend, be sure to check out the link to our presentation about the Moving the Needle (MTN) project, featuring Drs. Thomas Brisco, David Rozeboom from Hardin-Simmons University and Drs. Edee Schulze and Deborah Sullivan-Trainor from Bethel University. (insert URL). We believe the MTN project is likely the most ideal approach to ensuring a "third way" of structuring and programming for student success.
