Put simply, Caroline Davis (she/her/hers) loves education. With experience in both K-12 schools and higher education, she’s developed a passion and talent for finding creative, individualized solutions to facilitate student success. She brings the same approach to her work with Credo’s Moving the Needle clients, helping them find the creative, individualized solutions that work for their situations.

A Collaborative Approach to Project Management

As a Project Manager for Student Success, Caroline ensures that Moving the Needle projects are planned, executed, and managed efficiently for our clients. She brings her on-campus experiences in student-centered areas like leadership development, student activities, and civic engagement to all aspects of the Moving the Needle program. Caroline especially enjoys the Success Initiatives, through which she can help clients dig into a single area, ideate solutions to a challenge, then train a small group to execute the recommended solutions.

It is really rewarding to watch our clients succeed and knowing that it is creating a better experience for not only students but faculty, staff, and families.

All About Team Spirit

Caroline loves what she does, and it shows. She’s often the cheerleader of her teams, keeping the energy up when work gets challenging and ensuring everyone—colleagues and clients alike—feel supported and valued. Caroline enjoys cheerleading in her free time, too, supporting the UNC Tar Heels from Charlotte, N.C., where she lives with her partner and their cat, Amelia.
