As Project Manager for Student Success, Caroline makes sure Moving The Needle projects are planned, executed, and managed efficiently for client campuses. Caroline enjoys making genuine connections with clients to help create an environment for students to be successful inside and outside of the classroom. Coming to Credo with a strong Student Affairs background, Caroline has experience in orientation, convocation, commencement, transfer services, leadership development, student activities, and civic engagement. She brings organization, energy, and student-centered ideas to every team and constituent with whom she engages. Caroline earned her B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her M.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
