As a Project Manager for Student Success, Jaclyn helps to lead the development, management, and implementation of Moving the Needle projects. She enjoys partnering with clients to build student success into campus culture and create transformational educational experiences. She carries a strong commitment to equity, inclusivity, and broadening participation in post-secondary education.

Coming to Credo with more than 12 years of higher education student services experience, Jaclyn has worked for diverse institutions in such areas as undergraduate recruitment, academic advising, program planning, and first-year experience. She brings skills in communication, process organization, and detail orientation to the team. Jaclyn earned her B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and her M.Ed. in Counselor Education – Higher Education Student Services from Georgia Southern University.
