student successMarian University in Indianapolis, IN invited Credo to partner with their campus on a Moving the Needle (MTN) project designed to improve retention rates.

Through a holistic, community-based approach to support student success, MTN utilizes a series of campus-wide workshops to break down silos, engage faculty and staff, and impact the success and retention of identified student groups.  Marian saw an increase in fall-to-fall retention rates rise from 68% all the way to 76% upon completion of the project.
