Dear Friends and Colleagues, 
We know through our ongoing conversations with many of you that your time and attention remains strongly influenced by current events, including the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic for your students, faculty, staff, and campuses. The pressure of what we are navigating is enormous. The combination of balancing health and safety with educational continuity, navigating environmental and social factors, maintaining institutional financial health, and communicating the best messages at the right time continues to challenge even the most adept leaders and the most prepared teams. Please know that our thoughts are with you, and we are just a phone call or email away if we can be of any help to you. We want to hear how you are.
We have been carefully monitoring this situation and its impact on our work with you. Credo is committed to continuity of partnerships with our client campuses during this time of response. We are following any relevant CDC guidance, taking into account each campus' approach and response, and considering the individual situations of our team members and affiliates. Creative, flexible solutions to project delivery and client interface are being explored thoroughly and implemented quickly with each of our new and active clients. In order to be a good steward of the CDC's guidance around mitigating the spread of the virus, the Credo team is largely working remotely at this time, and making travel decisions in accordance with each campus. Like you, we are continually reevaluating as new information is available, and will remain in communication with you as we move forward.
